- General DiscussionHi guys. I've been feeling constant anxiety for a couple of months now. Not panic attacks, but just some kind of tension inside, as if you can't relax. Especially in the evening - I go to bed and start chasing thoughts in my head. I can't really sleep, and this is already starting to interfere with my normal life. I don't want to immediately run to the doctor and take pills, especially since everything is not so critical, you just need to find a way to somehow balance yourself. Maybe someone has gone through something similar? Are there any proven methods, maybe exercises, breathing practices or apps that really help? Please share your experience. I really need support and advice from those who have dealt with this without medication.Like
