TERMS OF USE

All reservations should be made in advance, with a deposit of at least 50% of the total fees as advance booking fees, with the remaining balance due once the automobile arrives at the site.

Payment must be made prior to the commencement of the ride.

• All of the above fees are for a predetermined time and distance, whichever comes first.

When these limits are exceeded, additional fees apply.

 

• Every one of our vehicles is chauffeured. We do provide self-driving services or accept requests for driving but only after discussion.

 

• All of the aforementioned costs include the chauffeur as well as the in-limit gasoline charges.

 

The renter is responsible for any damage or vandalism to the car.

 

• The renter is responsible for any tolls or parking fees.

 

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Safe Rent a Car reserves the right to provide you with a "equivalent" vehicle.

 

• Make sure there's enough room for the car to move about. Bookings for tight alleys and passages should be avoided.

 

• Smoking and drinking are not permitted in the vehicle.

 

• Please do not transport pets in the vehicle.

 

CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

You can cancel the ride by calling or sending a WhatsApp message,

which will be processed and reversed.

The total amount reimbursed is determined on the time of

cancellation as well as the length of the ride.

TIME AND FEES FOR CANCELLATION

 

  • 10% or INR 2,000, whichever is greater, within two days of booking (If Reporting Date is on or after 7 Days) 

  • 50% of the total booking fee (If Reporting Date is within 7 days)

  •  After two days of booking, 50% of the total booking amount is due (If Reporting Date is more or equal to 7 Days)

 

RIDE CANCELLATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Some rides are available at a reduced, non-refundable rate. We'll let you know if this option is available for your ride when you book.

 

RETURNS EARLY

  • Early returns are not eligible for credits or reimbursements unless the request to shorten the ride was made early and the request was accepted in the Services, as described in the Terms of Service.

  • If a trip is cancelled, extras, half of any delivery, protection plan, and young driver charge expenses are always repaid.

 

Third-party brands and logos used on the Site are the sole property of their respective owners. Safe rent a car makes no claim to be the owner or representative of these brands.
